You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use ori33. The platform enforces a strict 21+ age restriction across all products — sportsbook, live casino, slots, poker tournaments, and Sic Bo. Age verification is performed during the KYC process.
All transactions on ori33 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000. ori33 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Withdrawal requests by verified members are processed the same business day in most cases.
All bonuses and promotions offered by ori33 are subject to wagering requirements and time limits clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until wagering conditions have been fully satisfied. Misuse of bonuses may result in account suspension.

ori33's liability to any member is limited to the amount of funds held in that member's ori33 account at the time of the relevant claim. ori33 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, third-party service interruptions, or events beyond ori33's reasonable control.

ori33 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
Before processing any withdrawal request, ori33 is required to verify your identity in accordance with its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:
ori33's KYC team will review submitted documents within two business days of receipt. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is successfully completed. ori33 reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initially submitted documents are insufficient to verify your identity or age to ori33's satisfaction.
All KYC documents submitted to ori33 are stored securely using industry-standard encryption and are handled strictly in accordance with ori33's Privacy Policy. ori33 does not share your identity documents with third parties except where required by applicable law or anti-fraud procedures.
All financial transactions on the ori33 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ori33 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. ori33 supports the following payment channels for Indonesian members:
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, although ori33 may apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large single deposits. ori33 does not charge any fee for deposits. Deposits made via e-wallet are typically credited to your ori33 Account within 30 seconds. Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). ori33 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests by KYC-verified Members are processed by ori33 within one business day. ori33 does not charge any withdrawal processing fee. Withdrawal funds must be returned to a payment method registered in the same name as the ori33 Account holder. ori33 does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets. ori33 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, which may extend processing times.
ori33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions offered by ori33 unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:
All bets placed and games played on ori33 are subject to the product-specific rules applicable to each betting market, casino game, slot title, poker tournament, or Sic Bo game. Product-specific rules are available within each product's interface on the ori33 platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the specific product.
ori33 reserves the right to void any bet or game session that ori33 has reasonable grounds to believe was placed or played in breach of these Terms, in a manner that constitutes cheating, or in exploitation of a software error.
Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct while using the ori33 platform. Any breach of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

Upon Account closure, ori33 will process a withdrawal of any Real Money Funds remaining in the Member's Account to the Member's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding security or KYC checks. Bonus Funds will not be returned upon Account closure unless ori33 has closed the Account without cause.
Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ori33 live chat support. A voluntary Account closure request will be processed within two business days. If the Member wishes to self-exclude rather than permanently close their Account, self-exclusion tools are available via the Responsible Gaming page.
All content on the ori33 platform — including but not limited to the ori33 name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, written content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ori33 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ori33 platform solely for personal, recreational betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ori33's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in the Member's ori33 Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. ori33 operates as an internationally licensed platform and asserts no specific domestic legal framework as governing law beyond those principles.
By using the ori33 platform, you acknowledge and accept that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia, and that your access to and use of ori33's Services is at your own risk and on your own legal responsibility. ori33 makes no representation that its Services are lawful in your jurisdiction.
Any dispute between ori33 and a Member that cannot be resolved through ori33's internal dispute resolution process (described below) shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Internal dispute resolution: Before initiating formal arbitration, Members must first submit their complaint to ori33's support team via live chat or email (see Section 16). ori33 will respond to all formal complaints within five business days. If the complaint is not resolved to the Member's satisfaction within 30 calendar days of submission, the Member may escalate to formal arbitration.
ori33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ori33 will notify registered Members by email to their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the ori33 platform, at least 7 calendar days before the amended terms take effect.
Your continued use of the ori33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the ori33 platform and may request Account closure by contacting ori33 support.
